We understand you will be finding it a worrying time at present. At Executive Lets we want to reassure our tenants that we are here to support you.

Our number one priority is making sure that we protect our tenants as well as our staff and their families.

Following announcements made yesterday by the Government we have taken the decision to close our office, our phone lines and emails will still be monitored and you can still contact us by email at info@execlets.co.uk or leave a voice mail on our landline 0113 267 6966. Maintenance issues need to be logged in the same way and urgent maintenance jobs will take priority.

You may have seen the announcement from Government on how tenants will be supported during the Coronavirus pandemic. If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible. The Government has introduced temporary changes to make it easier to apply. If you are struggling to pay your rent, please keep us informed as much as possible. Landlords circumstances are different and we will speak with Landlords and assist where we can.
